The Question That Changed Everything: My Honest Story

Not long ago, I found myself asking:
“Could there be something simple, something I could fit into my chaotic routine… that would actually work?”

What happened next changed my life.

I had been struggling with obesity for most of my life.
Every time I passed a mirror, I saw the folds on my stomach, my wide hips, my flabby arms.

During my first pregnancy, I gained 53 lbs.
